Joyce joined the All Perils team in April 2021 as a Claims Assistant while completing her General Insurance and Risk Management program at BCIT. After assisting the Adjusting team with the handling of personal and commercial property and liability claims for a year, Joyce began handling claims in April 2022. Joyce is now handling smaller property claims and is learning to settle claims effectively with a focus on customer service and attention to detail. Joyce is a valuable member of the All Perils Team and continues to gain experience handling various types of losses while also assisting the rest of the team with their claims.
Joyce holds her Level 1 License and a CIP designation.
