After obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2018, Braedon launched his insurance career as an Agent with a Direct Writer before transitioning to claims. Braedon started handling automobile claims for a national insurer before pivoting to property claims where he advanced to an Intermediate Property Adjuster role. Braedon played a key role in developing the Fast-Track Claims Settlement Program at the same national insurer, and earned recognition as a Customer Service Champion, and was part of the inception of their Commercial Property Adjusting Team.
In November 2024, Braedon brought his skills and enthusiasm for providing top notch service to All Perils Claims. Braedon currently handles both personal and commercial property losses and is quickly developing a reputation for his attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Braedone has his Level 1 License and is working towards and close to obtaining his CIP Designation.
