Angel started her insurance career in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative before becoming a Claims Assistant in 2008. After only a few months in this role Angel was promoted to her first Adjusting position where she started to gain experience handling small to medium sized claims. In 2009 Angel then moved on to work for a large national insurer where she advanced into a Field Adjuster position. Angel originally joined All Perils Claims back in 2015 and spent a year handling a wide array of commercial and residential property and liability losses before returning to the company side with a large local insurer. After gaining 6 more years of claims adjusting experience, Angel returned to All Perils in May 2022 (and we are very happy to have her back!). With over 16 years of experience in the insurance industry Angel has handled a wide range of commercial and personal claims and is recognized as a strong adjuster that delivers outstanding claims service to her clients and their policy holders.
Angel is fluent in Cantonese. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Psychology, carries a level 2 license, and has completed her CIP and CRM designations.
